JACS Publishes ECUST Latest Research Progress of Photocatalytic Methane Conversion

Recently, the research team of Professor Wang Lingzhi and Professor Zhang Jinlong from the School of Chemistry and Molecular Engineering, ECUST has made the latest research progress in the field of photocatalytic methane conversion. The research article was published in the Journal of the American Chemical Society with the title “Photocatalytic Conversion of Methane to Ethanol at a Three-PhaseInterface with Concentration-Matched Hydroxyl and Methyl Radicals”.

With East China University of Science and Technology as the only academic affiliation, the article is first authored by Dr. He Chun and co-authored by Professor Wang Lingzhi and Professor Zhang Jinlong. This research is funded by Shanghai Multimedia Environmental Catalysis and Resource Engineering Technology Research Center, Feringa Nobel Prize Scientists Joint Research Center, Ministry of Science and Technology, National Natural Science Foundation of China, and Shanghai Natural Science Foundation.
