Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of USA Publishes ECUST Latest Research Progress in Environmental Chemistry
Recently, the internationally authoritative publication Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States (PNAS) reported on-line the latest research progress of Professor Xing Mingyang from the School of Chemistry and Molecular Engineering, ECUST in the field of environmental chemistry. The article is entitled “ Efficient hydrogen production from waste water remediation by piezoelectricity coupling advanced oxidation processes”.
The article is co-first authored by doctoral candidate Liu Wenyuan, from the School of Chemistry, Associate Researcher Fu Pengbo, from the Institute of Information Technology, and Associate Professor Zhang Yayun, from the Institute of Chemical Technology, and is corresponding authored by Professor Xing Mingyang from the School of Chemistry, with East China University of Science and Technology as the only academic affiliation. The research has received guidance from Professor Wang Hualin and Professor Zhang Jinlong, a member of the European Academy of Sciences and has been financially supported by Feringa Nobel Prize Scientists Joint Research Center, Frontier Science Center of Ministry of Education of Materials Biology and Dynamic Chemistry, National Natural Science Foundation.
