National Science Review Publishes ECUST Latest Progress on High Nickel Cathode Materials for Lithium ion Batteries
Recently, Professor Jiang Hao and Professor Li Chunzhong from the School of Materials Science and Engineering, ECUST have made important research progress in improving the energy density and cycle life of high-nickel cathode materials. The related research article was published in the National Science Review with the title of “Restraining Lattice Oxygen Escapes Superior Cyclic Performance Tower High-voltage Ni-rich Cathodes”.
The above-mentioned research work was mainly conducted by Yu Haifeng, a doctoral candidate in the School of Materials Science and Engineering, ECUST, under the joint guidance of Professor Jiang Hao and Professor Li Chunzhong. The research work was financial supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China’s major research plan integration project, the National Natural Science Foundation of China’s key projects, and the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission’s basic major projects.
