Chem Catalysis Publishes ECUST Latest Research on Photocatalytic Selective Catalytic Conversion of Methane
Recently, the research team of Professor Wang Lingzhi and Professor Zhang Jinlong from the School of Chemistry and Molecular Engineering, ECUST has made important progress in the photocatalytic anaerobic coupling of methane with hindered Lewis acid-base based on multi-stage porous Ti-based molecular sieve. The related research article “Design of Frustrated Lewis Pair in Defective TiO2 for Photocatalytic Non-Oxidative Methane Coupling” was published online in the journal Chem Catalysis.
The above research work was completed by Dr. Ma Jiayu under the supervision of Professor Zhang Jinlong and Professor Wang Lingzhi. This work has been financially supported by the Frontier Science Center of the Ministry of Material Biology and Dynamic Chemistry, the Joint Research Center of Feringa Nobel Prize Scientists, the National Key R&D Program, the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Shanghai Science and Technology Commission.
