Nature Publishes ECUST Latest Achievment of Research Team of Professor Zhu Weihong

Recently, Nature, an international authoritative academic journal, publishes online an artile under the title of “Reconstructed Covalent Organic Frameworks”,  the breakthrough progress made by Professor Zhu Weihong, Academician Tian He and Professor Andrew Cooper of the School of Chemistry and Molecular Engineering of the Material Biology and Dynamic Chemistry Frontier Science Center of the Ministry of Education, ECUST, and Professor Andrew Cooper of the University of Liverpool, UK, in the research of covalent organic framework materials based on dynamic chemistry. Zhang Weiwei, a postdoctoral fellow in the School of Chemical Molecular Engineering, is the first author of the article, and East China University of Science and Technology is the first corresponding academic affiliation university.

This is the first time for ECUST to publish an academic research article in Nature as the first corresponding academic affiliation. The article is first authored by Dr. Zhang Weiwei and corresponding authored by Professor Zhu Weihong and Professor Andrew Cooper. The research has received support from Academician Tian He. It was also assisted by Professor Zhang Yuebiao of Shanghai University of Science and Technology and from innovation works of Materials Innovation Factory of Liverpool University in testing characterization. The research has been funded by the Basic Science Center of National Natural Science Foundation of China, Frontier Science Center of Ministry of Material Biology and Dynamic Chemistry, Shanghai Science and Technology Major Project, and Feringa Nobel Prize Joint Research Center.
