Chemical Science Publishes ECUST New Research Progress of Drug-target Interaction Prediction Methods

Recently, under the cooperation between Professor Tang Yun’s research group and Professor Huang Jin’s research group of the School of Pharmacy, EUCST, a new progress in the development research of network-based drug-target interaction prediction methods has been made. The related research article was published in the flagship journal Chemical Science of British Royal Society of Chemistry with the title of “WSDTNBI: a Novel Network-based Conference Method for Virtualscreening”.

The article is first-authored by Dr. Wu Zengrui and Graduate Candiate Ma Hui from the School of Pharmacy, ECUST and is correspondening-authored by Professor Tang Yun and Professor Huang Jin. The research was funded by the National Key Research and Development Plan, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Optogenetics Technological Frontier Research Base of Cell Metabolism in Shanghai, the Shanghai Super Postdoctoral Incentive Plan, the Shanghai Young Scientific Talents Sailing Plan and the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation.
