Nature-Communication Publishes ECUST Latest Research Progress of “Intelligent Modeling of Complex Biochemical Reaction Processes”
Recently, with the cooperation with Professor Ramon Grima of Edinburgh University, UK, the Key Laboratory of Intelligent Manufacturing of Energy and Chemical Processes, led by Academician Qian Feng, made a breakthrough in the direction of intelligent modeling of complex biochemical reaction processes. The research article entitled “Neural network aided approximation and parameter inference ofnon-Markovian models of gene expression” was published in Nature Communications, an international authoritative academic journal.
The research work was completed by Jiang Qingchao and Fu Xiaoming, young teachers of ECUST, under the guidance of Professor Cao Zhixing, a national high-level young talent, and was also carefully guided by Academician Qian Feng. The research work is financially supported by the Basic Science Center of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Outstanding Youth Fund, the National Key R&D Program and other projects.
