Chem Publishes ECUST Latest Progress of “Vibration-induced Luminescence” Molecular Machines
Recently, the research group of Professor Qu Dahui from the School of Chemistry, ECUST successfully constructed the “Vibration Induced Luminescence” molecular machines, and the related research article was published in Chem under the title of “Reversely Modulating a Conformation-Adaptive Fluorophore in [2] Catene”.
The research work was mainly completed by Dr.Shun Yang, Ph.D. candidate Zhao Caixin and Dr. Zhang Qi of the School of Chemistry, ECUST under the guidance of Professor Qu Dahui, and it also received guidance from Academician Tian He. The research has also received support from Dr. Stefano Crespi from University of Groningen, Netherlands in computational chemistry, and help from researcher Zhang Zhiyun and Associate Professor Mei Ju in luminescence mechanism. This research has been funded by the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, Major Project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Frontier Science Center of Materials Biology and Dynamic Chemistry of the Ministry of Education, the Basic Science Center, and Major Science and Technology Projects in Shanghai.
