ACS Catalysis Publishes ECUST Latest Research Progress in Catalytic Asymmetric Synthesis
Recently, the research team of Professor Deng Weiping of Shanghai Key Laboratory of New Drug Design of the School of Pharmacy, ECUST, has made the latest progress in the research of asymmetric divergent cycloaddition reaction catalyzed by iridium and azacarbene. The research article was published in ACS Catalysis, a journal of catalysis of American chemical society, under the title of “Cooperative N-heterocyclic Carbene and Iridium Catalysis Enables Stereoselectiveand Regiodivergent [3 + 2] and [3 + 3] Annulation Reactions”.
The article is first authored by Zhang Jian, a doctoral student in ECUST, and the calculation in the research is mainly completed by Tian Boxue's research team of Tsinghua University. The article is corresponding-authored by Professor Deng Weiping, associate researcher Yang Wulin and researcher Tian Boxue. The research has been financially supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Shanghai Young Science and Technology Talents Sailing Program, and the data representation work is supported by the Analysis and Testing Center, ECUST.
